Type PILL ID on the internet and you should get an answer by describing the pill. I use it a lot for odd pills I find around the house on the floor and in my drawers.

I agree with what nursegirl said.

But, anyway, the pills appear to be clonazepam made by Novopharm.

Been on medication for over 20 yrs now and never once have I thrown away the bottle or box the second I got home. You could have been giving in a good strong laxative for all you know. Not worth messing with medication.

Personally, I am not comfortable with this kind of post.  Sadly, it is reality these days that a lot of people obtain meds from less than honest sources...including internet, borrowing from family and friends, and buying off the streets.

Just generally speaking moreso than anything, I don't think we should ever "identify" what a medication is online....not to say that the OP of this thread isn't being totally honest...it's just the way I feel.

Plus, if the med is prescribed, there is no reason anyone should have to turn to an online forum to get that info, when the prescribing doctor, or dispensing Pharmacy could easily be contacted.

Lastly, I agree with amish and lydia....NEVER ever throw away your Rx bottles.  Meds should always be kept in their original containers for a multitude of reasons.  Safety (especially if there are young children in the house), and the reason amish mentions above.

Again, not to say that it couldn't happen, but it just strikes me as odd that a person would get a brand new Rx and the first thing they think to do is dump the bottle.

I can't find any information on that so you def. want to call your pharmacist or doctor.  In the future you will want to keep them in the bottle.  If it's a benzo and you're caught just carrying it around with no proof of prescription, you'll have some 'splaining to do.

There IS one person here who could tell you immediately what the pills are, but I can't be sure he'll see your post. I would suggest you call the pharmacy where you had the script filled and ask them.
Personally I think it's a good idea to always keep your meds in their original containers, not only so this won't happen again, but in case of an emergency, people will know what medications you're taking. Could save your life.
