thanks so much for your help guys. i have an appointment with a counsler tomorro cuz my doctor believes my anxiety is from past experiences. and i have an appointment next week with my doctor to discuss my medications :)
Smoking weed can increase anxiety in a lot of people. Were we can't tell you not to smoke it. That is your own choice. It would boil down to common sense. For now you seem to be scared to smoke it. Which isn't a bad thing at all. Different people can take and do the exact same things with different effects. Bit like some people can drink more and be fine and others would be drunk on a bottle or two. We all differ. If you are feeling high all the time maybe your medication needs to be adjusted. It may be too much for your body. Like I said our amounts all differ. What may just calm me, may be too much for you. With anxiety meds it is all about trial and error. Finding the right amount. And the right form of medication. It is something I would discuss with my doctor. Just to be safe. We have all been on various amounts of medication in the past that has been a little too much. I was on something once and couldn't move. Too high of a dose. For my body anyway. Might be worth checking that side of things out. As for the weed? That is up to you. But you seem to be doing good not using it for now. We can only write words. The actions have to come from you. No twisting or arms or anything like that at all. Just weigh up your options. You should know what is right and what is wrong.
Marijuana is not good at all for Your mental health in general and definately should not be mixed with medication.
I have a strong belief that marijuana is the cause of most existing mental health issues in people who use.
Your friend may be fine for now but she is doing long term damage to her mental health and obviously if You're on the medication you want help so stop using. Getting help and than continuing to use defeats the point of being on the medication.
