Anxiety cause Armpit ache

Am a 27 year old male from india

I have been obsessed with HIV ,,i really need some help...below is how it all started

1st Exposure -with CSW in March -May 2009(4 encounters with the same CSW),it was protected vaginal and unprotected oral in UK.I had bad sore throat after a week after my 1st encounter.went away afer i took some antibiotics

2nd Exposure-with an CSW in india in Dec 2009,Had protected oral and vaginal sex with CSW,However my condom broke and i realised only after ejaculation  

My sore throat became chronic and doc advised me multiple surgeries in one go.. I had first shock when pre-surgical check showed i had mitral valve prolapse in my heart.. but i was told its just a devaition of normal and i should i had it from my birth

Surgery - had a tonsillectomy,sinus surgery, and septoplasty to get rid of my sore throat in Jan 2010 . The pain was unbearable for few days

Symptoms - Feb 2010 i have had rashes on palm and Chest ,Fever,Chest Pain,Muscle and joint pain and sore throat was back..I went in depression..... I was put on anxiety meds

Testing- tested negative for HIV on April 2010 (4 months after condom break incident)

3rd exposure- I still dont know why i did it. Visited a another CSW in india on May 2010 ,had protected oral and vaginal sex,same condom was used for both oral and vaginal,I checked and the Condom was intact .But touched the tip of the codom to check for breakage and then tip to the penis hole to wash it

Symptoms- It started after 4 weeks after my 3rd exposure,Fever (99F),Sore throat,Painful lymph nodes in neck and armpit,muscle pain(sore chest and shoulders) ,All this lasted till 8 weeks after my 3rd exposure..

I had a low grade fever again in 11th week which lasted till 14th week post exposure

Testing - I tested negative for Syphillis,HEP B,HEP C and HIV Antibody 12 weeks(.e 83 days and 16 hours post my 3rd exposure) from my protected oral and vaginal exposure and 7 months from my condom break exposure (2nd Exposure

I again tested for HIV @ 13 weeks,17.5 weeks post my 3rd exposure...I have tested for TB,Malaria,Typhoid.My chest X ray was normal

I got a CT scan done of my sinusitus which showed slight sinus infection....i have been put on antibiotics,PPI ,Mucus thinner

My sore throat can be explained by sinus infection and acid reflux...but i was wondering can anxiety cause armpit and upper arm pain? they are painful and feel swollen some times,sometimes they just ache without feeling swollen, sometimes they burn

You do NOT have HIV, positively proven by 12 week, post exposure tests after each encounter.
You were negative for STDs.
You had chronic sore throats traced to sinus issues which were subequently alleviated with surgery, antibiotics, PPI & mucus thinners.
I have personally never heard of anxiety causing anyone to have armpit or upper arm pain. Are you sure you don't have a swollen lymph node in your armpit? That could explain the pain in that area, but the upper arm.........in my humble opinion, anxiety is a real stretch.
If it is bothering you, see your doctor.
And if HIV is turning into an obsession for you, perhaps some therapy would be benificial.
