Anxiety causing pains in one cheek?

I had written a long explanation of all my symptoms...But no one would ever read it, so here's just the symptoms that I've been having:
(please tell, if you've had the same)

-Numbness (I can ALWAYS feel my leggs.)
-Tingling/stinging sensation (leggs, arms/hands, head)
-Sensitive to any touch, ESP in the leggs. (when layng in bed, the sheet feels like it's burning my leggs.)
-Stiffness in one legg. (only the right one)
-Different pains in different parts of my body. Sometimes it was in one part of my sole, then in my chin.
-My upperlip gets numb/felt weird. (aswell as one part of my gum feeling "cold")
-Headache (lasted for 4 weeks, then they ended.)
-Weird feelings in the head. Like your head is cold, numb and etc.
-When crying in extreme anger, my leggs and arms get "limp."
-Sensitive reaccion to everything.
-THE FEELING LIKE there is a tight band squeezing my right legg or a sock,
even though I have no socks on.

All of these symptoms had ended for a week,
but now I've gotten this new one:::

My face has started to have a red area (with some spotts) on it and _two_ nights ago,
while I was going to sleep...I started to feel this weird pain in my right cheek. (just where the red area is)
It was a feeling that made me think that my skin is EXTREMELY  dry and stiff. (To the point that it hurts. So I added some moisturizer, and that made it worse!!!)
I immediately started to smile and do weird faces to see if I was having a face-stroke or something, and no...Everything worked fine.
But this pain continued for 2 hours...
Yesterday I had the same thing after 20pm and today aswell,
especially after I took a shower.

So has anyone of you had this exact same feeling, or similar??
I don't want to go to a doctor again.(I've already seen 4 different and they all say it's anxiety.)

Now after not having any symptoms for a week and getting this cheek-pain,
the stiffness in my right legg has returned + the sensitive 'feel' towards sheets. :(
Ps: Im not from the states, so Im sorry if I had any writing mistakes.

I don't know if I will be of much help because I have had some of your symptoms and many others...all of which have come to the conclusion that it is anxiety and postpartum depression.  I went through a period of about 3 months where my face kept going numb and kinda swollen.  Almost like it was really bad sinus allergies without the sneezing or runny nose, etc.  I sometimes feel like my face is clammy and I get weird pains all over my body, including my face and head.  The last two months now my feet have been feeling like I had been in ice skates all day...and this comes and goes.  Sometimes it feels like my chest is going to explode and I can feel my heartbeat whenever I relax and sometimes when I am keeping busy.  My body becomes sore very easily and my muscles feel very tense when this happens.  Especially in my chest which causes me to feel short of breathe. And then, yes, I definitely panic.
I have had so many different tests that I am shocked everything came back normal.  I have not had an MRI but I have had a CAT scan, which turned out...normal.
I don't know if that gives you any reassurance but I hope you are able to conquer this phase in your life.  I know how hard it is and wish you the best of luck.
Take care.

I haven't seen a therapist yet, even tho I was given the number...
Im afraid to call there, because Im tired of explaining my symptoms all over again. :(
And the only tests that the doctors did to me, were the bloodtests and some basic neurological tests, where I had to stand with my arms forward and with my eyes closed etc... Somehow the doctors just see this anxiety, but they are not sending me to a MRI. (even though I would be afraid to go to one, because of the results.)

And thanks for the answer Suzi!

I do daily walks too and have noticed that they help. :)
It's just sad to live a life that is constantly ruled by the extreme fear of different deceases. My cheek-pain went away after a week of weird feelings in it, but now it's returned. Im getting tired of the amount of symptoms that Im feeling. It's sad.

And thanks to you too Lizamum for answering. :)

I have not experienced many of your symptoms., but I do know that anxiety can cause many things.  Have you seen a therapist?  It seems like that would be your next step.  Since your symptoms are not physical (doctors ruled it out) you need to see someone to talk about it.  Maybe some medication for your anxiety also, but that.of course, is up to you and your doctor.  I hope you feel better soon.  Hang in there.

Just wanted to let you know that I also have a lot of those same symptoms. In particular, the numbness and tingling in different parts of the body and the numb top lip (almost like my top front teeth are numb too).  That one used to bother me a lot but the longer I have a symptom, the more I realize it's likely just anxiety.  It's amazing the things the mind can do to us! I also do the same facial thing you do to see if I'm having a stroke and I'll study my face in the mirror to see if anything looks "weird" or not the way it should be. I think you'll notice that you often have symptoms when you're thinking about your anxiety issues, although it's hard to stop thinking about them - kind of a vicious cycle! Lately I've started going for daily walks and I find that it's been helping a little with my anxiety. I figure it definitely can't hurt!  Hope this made you feel better to know you're not alone in your symptoms. Good luck!
