Hey sweetie. You can do this!
You're a loving and caring person, but remember, you cannot take on
all that weight on your shoulders. You know what I mean.
Just send your love and good thoughts to everyone around you, but do not take on their own personal issues. Just be there for them.
Meanwhile there natural remedies you may want to look into- with no side effects-,for depression and anxiety.
Let me know.
Blessings.
Niko
Thank you for your advice and support. I've always had problems with depression and anxiety. Boyfriend problems, family problems, a sister whos an addict, 2 jobs, trying to go to school and keep everyone around me happy. I constantly feel like my heart is going to explode.
Hey Meg911.
It's great that you are certified in Phlebotomy and as a EKG tech.
There a few things you can do on your own.
1. Go to the normal breathing website and do breathing re-training.
Your Co2 volume is low and shallow breathing is associated with anxiety and panic attacks. Also it's very tiring!
You're producing excessive lactic acid.
2. Magnesium is an anti- anxiety nutrient usually deficient in most people,
specially when dealing with a lot of stress, in their daily lives.
Look into transdermal supplementation with Magnesium Oil or make your own from:
MgCl2 flakes + H2O in a 60/40 ratio. Use it daily. Rub well-avoid eyes and sensitive areas-leave on for 30' and after, shower.
Orally, it has to be Lab grade magnesium chloride powder.
1oz MgCl /1L H2O is the therapeutic dose. Sip slowly throughout the day to avoid laxative effects.
3.Do tapping. EFT- emotional freedom techniques- free download manual.
4. Exercise! Even walking briskly will make a difference.
5. Meditate b4 bedtime. If unable, listen to meditation CDs.
Please let me know if you need any more details
and do keep us posted. You can have a good life ahead of you.
There's a lot of support in the forum to help you through this.
And remember: Do not believe everything you think when you are
stressed out and anxious. It's probably not accurate!
Take care.
