Anxiety from Possible hepatitis infection from dried blood. Please help Me
I did not notice that there's a dried blood (menstrual period, I guess) on the right side of the toilet seat. I'm afraid I contacted hepatitis from this incident and was always anxious. I checked if I have open wounds and I saw one from a small pimple on the right leg left side. There's no blood on the pimple and is small. I have read that in order for it to be transmitted, the open wound should be very deep that requires stitches. Please enlighten me for I'm very depressed because of this incident. I have OCD and very anxious and don't know what to do. Please help me. Thank You so much.
The only help is to work on your anxiety problem. Are you doing that?

No one can diagnose your mental health issues from here, but you mentioned OCD, so perhaps work with the person who gave you that diagnosis.
