Anxiety from no risk HIV exposure

Hiya everybody,
I am a male who had a mutual masturbation encounter with another man over six weeks ago.  Since then I have experienced mental fog, fatigue, panic attacks, problems concentrating, loss of appetite and weight, nausea and stomach pain, vomiting, loose stool, coated tongue, slightly swollen lymph nodes (during one doctors visit for a short period of time), muscle and joint pains, sore throat, cold and red hands and feet (doctor thinks it is due to circulation problems) and a slight difficulty breathing.  I have not experienced a confirmed rash or fever during the past 6 weeks.  Due to my symptoms bearing resemblance to ARS I have consulted numerous doctors all who claim that I had an incredibly low to no risk exposure, and they all believe that these symptoms are due to anxiety and depression.  I tested negative for HIV using combo tests at 20 and 30 days from exposure.  I have an appointment with a therapist tomorrow and follow up with my doctor today.  How can I break out of my anxiety and depression in spite of my symptoms and get back to my normal life?

Thanks for the comment.  I had an appointment with a therapist today and will see a psychiatrist tomorrow.  I am going to work through my difficulties with them and my primary physician.
