Hi! I have been dealing with anxiety disorder for many years. Once i got free anxiety, i found i was pregnant. So now im 5 months along and my anxiety is back more severe as it was. The biggest fear of me its that i fear if i hurt myself. I dont want to do it but u its just a thought that keeps me anxious. I never did ba things to myself before, and i wouldnt do it, but how can i make this intrusive bad thought to go away :'( i feel anxious
