Have no idea, but cigarette problems are usually pulmonary, as the smoke goes to your lungs. You might see a pulmonary specialist just to see if there's lung damage. If you keep smoking, of course, the chances of lung damage are almost a certainty, the only question is how bad they will be, what form (cancer, emphysema), and whether you die of something else before it gets to you. My Dad died of a heart attack at age 80, but it was caused by lung problems due to cigarette smoking and the last years of his life were spent barely able to move without running out of breath.
