A sore throat and swollen glands go hand in hand.  If it doesn't go away, see your doctor for some antibiotics.  Take care.

Anxiety doesn't usually cause swollen lymph glands; they are usually a sign of infection or virus. STDs are usually not the cause either. But it's best to get checked out by a doc to determine what your body's trying to fight off.
