I'll try to make this short and sweet. I have been having headaches and neck paid for about 2 months. Sometimes it gets really painful. It does not respond to any OTC pain relievers. I have also been feeling like my eyes are feeling funny, like they're too big for my head and won't focus properly. In the last week or so I have had a feeling like my left arm and hand are tingly and weaker than my right. I have had a CT scan that showed nothing and a whole gammut of heart tests (EKG, stress test, holter monitor) and all have come back normal. The neurologist has scheduled me for an MRI, but thinks it's just migraines. The pain is not unbearable like I would have thought a migraine would be and prior to this I had maybe 5 headaches in my lifetime that I can recall (I'm 23, female). I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and am on 12.5 mg of Paxil CR. My question is, should I be worried this is something more serious? Could it be anxiety related? I assume if the neuroligist had thought this to be an emergent situation, he would have sent me to the ER...?
