Anxiety problem

So my anxiety has gotten a lot better I started working and I have a bf that's really great and he helps me out a lot by talking to me and just always being there and I feel like my anxiety has gone away but the only thing is I still get aches in my body. My muscles still tense up. My head starts hurting or I start feeling light headed and at times my back hurts. I feel like my mood has gone back to normal but I still have these pains and I had a physical done about a few weeks ago and everything came out good. Right now I feel light headed but then I again I am really sleepy but hands and arms still ache I get muscle tension and at times I start getting like pain on my hands but it all started when I got my anxiety. Right now as we speak my muscles are tensing up on my left upper arm and hand. Is my anxiety trying to take over cause that's what it feels like it is. Ism if anyone has experienced this but then again I don't take medication for my anxiety and the doctor told me I have generalized anxiety but instead I bought myself a journal and I write in it everyday. It's helped me soo much. You have no idea. Write till it hurts. But if anyone has experienced all this please let me know cuz at times I do get the chest pains as well but mostly headaches and muscle tension

I'm not a medical professional, so I can't speculate or diagnose.  If your concerned about your symptoms, a visit to your doctor can be worth some peace of mind.

I'm sorry you're going through this.

You're doing a lot of great things for your anxiety!  Talking to someone you trust, getting a check up. journaling - all good things.  It's great that your physical came back all clear!

I, too, sometimes get chest pains and headaches with my anxiety.  Have you seen a counselor or psychologist?  These are trained professionals who can help identify anxiety triggers and ways to cope.  I would highly recommend starting there.

Know that you're not alone - reach out to the forum any time, there's a lot of great people here.
