I have anxiety and paranoia problems. It depends on the situation but I get anixety alot, it's mostly in social situations or when I am in a uncomfortable situation. Also I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and that has made me afraid to go out in public, and made my anxiety and paranoia bretty bad. When my anxiety kicks in I start having "butterflys" in my stomach and I start mildly panicing, trembling uncontrollably, and I feel tense. It feels absolutely awful. How do I get rid of this? Is there anyway on how I can calm down in these situations?
