yeah thanks for the advice and I will think positive and hopefully counseling works for me.
You need to tell them you have trouble dropping this fear even though your doctors told you that you are negative. Until Tuesday try to tell yourself. I tested negative. I never a risk in the first place, I am negative! positive thinking.
Thank you for your knowledgeable comments. I have an appointment on Tuesday with a counselor and hopefully i can open up to her and hopefully it will be helpful.
Either is skilled in counseling you with the help and guidance you will need. They both have the training that can aid you with support on this issue. It is more important to find a counselor that you can open up to and trust. Stay positive
Do you think that i should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist? Which are more helpful? I attend a university and they offer free counseling services and those counselors have a doctoral in phsychology, do you think that they will be helpful?
Therapy does work in a number of ways. It can be a release of your internal thoughts to a professional that can ease your mind to your symptoms and negative thinking. They can teach you coping skills and techniques that can help to calm and ease your mind and teach you to break the anxiety cycle.
Have you done therapy and did it work for you?
i really do have trouble dropping this fear because of these weird symptoms, i just dont know if therapy is the right thing for me or not.
Therapy is a wonderful tool for anxiety and would highly recommend it.
For some people it works great. Are you having trouble dropping this fear or something?

Yes everything you listed can be anxiety related. Best to talk to your doctor about all of this.
