I'm a 14 year old male.

I don't think I have any anxiety disorder or anything like that, but I am always worried; and I will have an incredibly anxiety attack every now and then, primarily about my health and well-being, especially because I have made many obviously horrible mistakes that ruined my health. And whenever I have an anxiety attack that is especially severe, I start having thoughts of ending it all. However, once I calm down, those thoughts go away. I am happy for the most part. How can I overcome my anxiety? Any tips? It's not severe, I just wanna enjoy my life without anxiety.

Do you have access to a doctor or counselor? If not, one of the easiest things to do (it might not sound so easy if you haven't been doing it) is exercise. When they have done scientific comparisons of the effects of anti-anxiety drugs and the effects of exercise, exercise does about equally well. There must be some things you like to do that keep you moving, if not an obvious sport like soccer or swimming, you could do things on your own like running, walking or even dancing. It will be amazing how much that knocks down your anxious moments. Also, please know that a lot of 14-year-olds deal with anxiety, you aren't by yourself in this.
