Do not treat every medical contact as if it is 100% safe every time! Some medical technicians can be the best and some could be the worst.

Well, that is only one symptom, but the most annoying. It usually occurs in my elbow pits, knee pits and sides of my torso. It started in my early twenties when I was going to college. I've been to skin doctors, and they all said it may be an allergic reaction but they did not know what from. My wife notices when ever I get stressed, or nervous I start to scratch, and then I end up with a rash from scratching. I never put two and two together, but now I notice it. I have not been to a doctor for anxiety, but my wife really wants me to go get it checked out. My anxiety gets in the way of us going out, or trying new things because I get nervous, the feeling of fear, and paranoia. I hate confrontations of any kind, and I'm not spontaneous. I need everything planned out which drives my wife crazy especially on our days off together. I've had friends and former relationships in the past tell me that I have anxiety, or social anxiety. My heart rate and pulse will go up during times of anxiety. I was donating plasma for a month, but it got to frustrating because my pulse would be to high. If I had to wait in a wating room with a bunch of people my pulse would be through the roof, and they would send me home, if it was dead, my pulse would be fine. If I don't have anxiety, I'm not sure what else it might be. Any suggestions?
Namaste,
Anxiety can manifest itself in many fashions, but if itching is the only symptom you're suffering from, it's unlikely due to anxiety.
If there are other symptoms also let us know, if not, I suggest you speak with your doctor.
Let us know how you make out and take care of yourself!
