Can anxiety cause a sore scalp in certain areas of your scalp?

hi, i suffer from anxiety and i do sometimes have small sore parts on my head/scalp, sometimes they also seem slightly raised, hope this helps

I've never heard anxiety causing sore scalp, but any symptom can be possible from anxiety.  

Have a doctor evaulate your scalp.
