I been giving medication about 3 years, to see if that would help my problem. but I want to know is there any cure for anxiety and panic attacks without taking medication?

I agree with cnote...it'ss different for everyone, but it definitely takes some effort on your part to take your life back...but if you are not in therapy of some kind, you might want to look into it.
There is also CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), which I have never done but heard good things about...
there is also dealing with what might be causing it, eliminating the factors in your life that might be triggering your attacks...
and never forget, the body and the mind are connected, so you have to treat your body right...cut out sugar, caffine & nicotine, get enough rest and make sure you are eating well, balanced meals...
Again, some people use medication for a few years and can eventually ween off of them.
What meds are you on? have you noticed a difference...?

yes, but it's different for everyone.
some people require medication... and therapy.
Some people just need therapy.

Some people do good on natural supplements.

It's all about what is right for you. =)

Does the medication help you?
