Anyone to talk to?

Hi I'm very keen to help others and also to help myself, I seem to be good at giving advice but not very good at listening to my own! My life seems to be a daily battle, I'm a wreck most of the time, I have anxiety all the time over every little symptom and focus on them all the time, I also have panic attacks all the time. I was seeing a cbt, she went off sick about a year ago and I havnt seen anyone since. Does anyone have good ways of coping? And what is other people's experiences? Would be nice to share things with people that go through the same and talk to people that understand
Thanks for reading

Hello mommyju, so glad I'm not alone, and can't believe someone is so alike me! I'm the same as soon as i wake up, does my chest feel ok etc, yes my panic attacks are more at night also unless I have to go out or do something I'm not comfortable with. I no people with anxiety but they still somehow seam to lead normal lives, I however do not, I find things so difficult and once my children go to bed I find it even harder! Are you on any meds or in therapy? How old are your children
Thanks so much for replying means a lot X x

Were you describing yourself or me?!?!
Seriously!!! I'm just like you!  A 24/7 battle! When I wake up, the first thought when I open my eyes: how am I feeling?!? Does anything hurt or feel weird?!? Are my hands sweaty?! Are my kids alive? All these thoughts rush in like a tornado! And that's how my day goes. Panic attacks occurs more at night time.  I have a friend who suffers from this, too. I'm always able to talk with her, give her advices, coping skills... But those doesn't work with me.... You are definitely not alone in there! Soooooo, let's talk here! Change experiences! Just knowing there someone like me, already makes me feel more "normal".
God bless you!
Let's keep in touch!

You should see another  CBT practitioner, its a nice therapy to treat anxiety and depression. Its good to find one before your anxiety problems get worse.

I'd find another CBT practitioner if you can -- I know it's not always easy to find one and hard to find one who takes insurance.  But humans are always better at giving than taking advice -- you're not unique there.
