All,

Please help me! I have been worried over the past month about catching HIV. I have been told numerous times that I was NO Risk, but have a very tough time believing it. I have convinced myself I have contracted HIV.

Can anyone relate?? Help!

Cnote,

I did get tested at 3 weeks and I was negative...They say 70-80 percent of ppl will show positive by this time frame...

I just cant get over the situation. Do you think Guilt could play a part in this?

I can't relate to the fear of contracting HIV. But I can say that I think the worst when I get some sort of a physical symptom, like a sore lymphnode.... I start thinking cancer. So I can relate to the fear of having something I really don't. And I used to not believe my dr. At some points. But that's what people with anxiety do. They worry worry worry. And we tend to think negative thoughts which makes the anxiety worse. If it makes you feel better go get tested, and I'm sure you'll be relieved when you get that clean bill of health. :)
