Body vibrating anxiety

Hello I am new to the forums and I have suffered from OCD on and off all of my life with heart health being my obsession. I have found Zoloft very successful for me treating this. However since going through the perimenopause
I have started to experience eptopic heart beats of well over 3000 per day which is been a trigger to set me back into turmoil. I have always had a few but it has blown right out now. As you can imagine the anxiety has clicked in badly. I am having all of the required medical test everything so far is normal but showing the wonky beats. I am set to se the cardiologist in April. Can I just ask when you have extreme anxiety can you wake up through the night and feel you body is vibrating not visibly but within. It's scaring me at the moment. Anyway I have been anxiety and OCD free for so long due to medication and you just forget how horrible it can be when something triggers it off.
I have found the arrhythmia forum very supportive as this symptom as this level has been very scary for me.

Hello I have actually has less eptopic beats and seem to be able to cope a lot better when they are less. I take Zoloft and it has been really successful for me over the years. It helps me to think a lot more logical about my health issues otherwise I would spent half my life in ER. Thank you so much for your response.

I have definitely felt that internal vibration feeling.  Renectly I felt it from the base of my skull right through my body and down to my toes, for a week straight.  Once that subsided I've noticed it more at night, just internally in my core.  I'm certain that it's just my over active nervous system/anxiety.  I just started taking zoloft a week ago and am hoping that I will find releif from the terrible anxiety I've began suffering this past year.  Do you have ativan or another benzo you can take when the vibrations bother you at night?  Not sleeping seems to make everything worse.  I hope you find some releif soon!
