It's not really for pms. Planetary Formulas does have a formula for that, though -- more than one. Cramp Bark formula is a good one.
hhmm maybe I'll just use if for pms then
Most sites have the same info. Which I would say comes with the product.
One of the most important activities of the liver is to continually eliminate impurities and waste matter from our systems. The Chinese herb bupleurum has a unique reputation for deeply cleansing this overburdened organ. Planetary Formulas Bupleurum Liver Cleanse combines this Chinese classic with renowned herbs from three continents, to facilitate deep internal cleansing. Planetary Formulas Bupleurum Calmative Compound is a classic Chinese herbal preparation (Xiao Yao Wan), which has been known under various names, such as "Relaxed Wanderer" and "Free and Relaxed Pills." It was developed in the Song Dynasty (960-1279), almost 875 years ago. It is also especially useful for premenstrual and menopausal ups and downs, it has remained one of Chinese herbalism's most valued formulas for supporting a calm state of emotional well-being.
Thanks, I'll check that out.
Go to the Planetary Formulas website. It's mostly a women's formula for balancing hormones, cleaning the liver, and regulating women's chi. Since I don't know what you're trying to treat, I can't recommend anything, but I can recommend a good book, Natural Highs, by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist at UCLA. She covers the field of natural remedies for depression and anxiety fairly well.
