Bupleurum

I recently got some Bupleurum Calmative Compound.  I can't find anything on the internet about it.  I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.  I would rather try something natural and easier to get than klonopin or xanax.  I have taken it a few times but can't tell if it's really helped or not.

It's not really for pms.  Planetary Formulas does have a formula for that, though -- more than one.  Cramp Bark formula is a good one.

Go to the Planetary Formulas website.  It's mostly a women's formula for balancing hormones, cleaning the liver, and regulating women's chi.  Since I don't know what you're trying to treat, I can't recommend anything, but I can recommend a good book, Natural Highs, by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist at UCLA.  She covers the field of natural remedies for depression and anxiety fairly well.
