If the doctors couldn't find anything then there likely is nothing. Because you are worried that they might be wrong, your anxiety is playing tricks on you and making you study your body looking for clues that the doctors are wrong. The more you study, the more you notice and you keep adding them up thinking they must surely be wrong.
Many people on this chatline have been where you are and end up going to ER thinking they have a heart attack only to find there was nothing wrong except their anxiety working up their fears. I went once but when the doc said if I had those symptoms for a few days I would be dead, then I instantly forgot about them and felt fine.
It isn't easy for some people, but until you do accept the diagnosis you were given, you will suffer from anxiety and think these meaningless pains are signals. Everyone gets them, but ignores them unless they have anxiety plugging up their thought processes because no one wants to die, so they can't get it out of their minds. Very natural thoughts when you don't trust the diagnosis.

The pains are also caused by tensing up because you are afraid.
Thanks for your answer.i feel much more better right now.you 're right when you say that i don't trust doctors but i never heard before that anciety can cause this burning sensation for so long.
Anxiety doesn't really cause these things, but it makes you fear and so your body does what it does when frightened. Sweats, tenses up and gets really uncomfortable just like you would feel if you were running for your life from something that was chasing you. Make sense?
Problem is if you stay fearful the "symptoms" keep active making you more fearful and the circle feeds itself. Good news is if you stop fearing, the symptoms usually disappear like has happened in your case today.
If you don't trust doctors, this is an important issue you might want to work on because even if you overcome your current anxiety, you have a long life ahead so other challenges in life are sure to pop up.
You don't want nagging doubts about doctors interfering with your attempts to deal with future obstacles, imo.
How old are you and do you have access to therapy? Sometimes a one on one from a professional will do wonders to change your mind about something.
Im30 .lets say that i never felt pain before.i never had problems with my health until now.i woke up this morning and the movement of my arm cause me pain.i feel it .im not crazy.maybe im more worried that i should be but the pain is still here .i met a neurolog moths before and nothing .he took a hammer and shoot me in my knees and thats all.
You saw him purely to identify the burning pain so he knows what you have listed in your posts? If so, what did he say about the armpit pain since I think you are saying that he only checked your knee reflexes? How long does the pain last and how often in the day?
He told me that its something related with my nerves .another doctor told me that i have a light deformation of my spine and this gives me all the trouble.i had always suffer from the pain of my neck this is related with my profession because iam a teacher so i think that this is the most reliable explanation.at the beginning when my anciety was terrible i also have terrible pain and burning in my back.maybe anciety get thing worse.my pain is when i wake up and when i move my arm.lets say that its not severe but sometimes it is.when i lie down i calm down.when i sleep and i dont move i dont have any problem.
"when i lie down i calm down." What calms down, your anxiety or the pain?

The pain calms down .my anciety continues
Most anxiety sufferers over-analyze their body and imagine lots of things happening that don't. You claim it has gone on for 6 months so if you are sure it really is a burning sensation, perhaps you should go back to the doctors for further review.
What did the neuro guy say about it? If nothing, he is the one I would go back to explain you are sure it exists and when it occurs. Perhaps a journal of when, how long and what position you are in would help.

On the other hand, lots of pains seem different than they are, so you can think the pain is in one place but it may be in another close region. I have had lots of active release therapy and massages to relieve sore spots and they can seem like huge problems but those guys see it all the time and just push the right spot and it is gone - for a long while at least.

You got me though, because it is never a burning sensation which you claim it feels like, so that is all the advice that I can offer.
