Buzzing /shakes when trying to sleep

Hey. I have just signed upto this because over the past month I have not been able to sleep without my body constantly jolting and shaking. My head feels so heavy aswell. I'm only 20 and I am starting to worry about me worrying. O can be fine all days and as soon as I go tow bed It all starts! The shakes, jolts. I can almost feel it coming on, and then it does. I did think it was to do with alcohol but been having it every week. Does anyone else relate to this?

Hi there,
Sorry you are experiencing this. I am with homebrews. Try those suggestions and if nothing seems to help and they are still there, go see your doctor. Good Luck

Sounds like hypnagogic jerks.  It's extremely common (happens to around 60% of adults).  Try to avoid video games, watching extreme movies, tv, etc right before bed...instead try reading something.  You can also try some chamomile tea or valarian root to help knock you out faster.

Yes. I used to have this all of the time. I would jolt awake or wake up with my body vibrating.
