CaliGirl48; chest pain/anxiety

I had that anxiety for so long and so hard that eventually the stress eventually cracked  the Xiphoid Process bone, that lil bone that hangs down from the center of the chest.

Actually, up to  the age of 40 the xiphoid process 'bone' is actually cartilage and had been calcifying with the rest of the chest cavity into bone. In my situation, imo, the xiphoid process never calcified correctly due to the stress/anxiety/pressure in that area, thus it broke away and I had to have it surgically removed because it had become a free floating dislodged bone causing me more pain.

Interesting how that in the middle of my heart chakra a bone broke due to stress....leaves one thinking various metaphysical explanations.

Please share your interpretations, thx!

Just caught this thread and wanted to recommend you find "A Course in Miracles" group that meets in your area.
I've been going to one for 2 years now, every Wed Night.
It's my have to do for myself, I love it!
It has helped tremendously in Metaphysical/spiritual way . You'll understand the mind/body connection and how to remove any blocks you have to peace, joy and happiness which is your birthright! In doing so, you will heal your inner spirit and outer body.
I learned of these groups after I started going to Unity Church. which is a Metaphysical Church and has brought so much peace in my life also. I think all Unity Churches can direct you to a group , or try a  google search for one in your area. They are all over the world.
It's very powerful!

Thanks for your kind thoughts, the surgery/broken bone had exnouraged me to go on pain meds that I am now slowly tapering off of.

My curiosity is now related to any mind/body metaphysical type explantions/healings. Being a survivor of PTSS i am looking for mind/body healing (excorcism maybe...hehe), but seriously, any suggestions would be entertained and considered.

Best Wishes!
