Anxiety can cause chronic nausea.
Chronic disease can cause chronic nausea and anxiety.
It's not a one-way street.
Nausea is one of many symptoms of anxiety that I've experienced over the years.
You will need to have yourself checked out to rule out a physiological problem.
Know the cost is hard to handle. Appreciate that. But if you can't work due to chronic nausea you must uncover the core problem and take it from there.
My son was murdered by his father in early March. Shot to death. On the day of his memorial I felt sick and did pass out afterwards and threw up as well. Gastric issues as well as heightened anxiety have all been part of my life since his death.
If you hadn't mentioned a loss I wouldn't have commented on my son's death. But I do believe with or without an event like this we can be hit with stomach trouble when anxious.
Think of the 'butterflies in the stomach' feeling before important occasions. Even people not inclined to gastric issues get these.
Good luck.

I am NOT a doctor and you should seek medical help/go see a doctor who will be able to treat and/or diagnose the issue.
Good luck to you,
