No, no, no. You don't do these meds with a nurse practitioner, for goodness sake. You only do this with an experienced psychiatrist you trust. That's a lot of medication and potential interactions, and these meds are hard to start and hard to quit. And most importantly, if you're doing great, why do you want another drug? None of them completely rid one of the problem. What you want now is therapy so you can get to the bottom of this and solve this problem, not keep looking for some magic pill. You've gotten yourself stabilized, now get to a suitable therapist who specializes in anxiety and get over the hump. Good luck.
Call your pharmacist as they have a lot of experience. Celexa made me yawn for a few months and tired so I took it at night, although it speeds you up so some take it in the morning. The fastest best answer to your needs will come from the pharmacist though.
I took Celexa for a few months, it made me very tired and I yawned a lot. I was taking 40mg when i stopped and I do believe that was too much, i felt more anxious. You can take it in the morning or in the evening. I recently just switched back to Prozac, as it does not make me tired. Does buspirone make you tired too?
