You're not describing health anxiety, you're describing budding agoraphobia. Think about it -- you don't leave the house because you hate how you look. Does that really sound likely to you? Ugly people are out there walking around all the time, they're everywhere, we have one as President, we have one as Majority Leader of the Senate, it isn't keeping them inside all day. You need to see a therapist and look up agoraphobia, because this isn't about health or your looks, most of us ain't the greatest looking people in the world, in case you hadn't noticed. It's either depression or anxiety that's keeping you obsessed with these self-defeating thoughts, and it's this way of thinking you need to tackle. And you don't say what medication you were put on or why so we can't know if you have real health problems or irrational anxiety.
