Dizziness will not go away!

I have been suffering with dizziness off and on for the last 6 months.  6 months ago, when it started, I went to my GP 4 times and she ran all sorts of blood tests and finally concluded that I am depressed.  I have suffered with anxiety for several years so that didn't suprise me.  I'm a 26 year old female.  She prescribed me Celexa, but I hate taking medicine, so I haven't taken it yet.  The dizziness subsided after a month and now it's back.  I feel like I am going crazy!  It has taken most of the joy out of my life.  I don't have energy to play with my 2 year old daughter anymore.  Getting through a day at work is torture.  I am afraid to take the Celexa because I've heard so many things about side effects and withdrawals when you try to stop.  Should I go back to the doctor or try the Celexa?  Anybody else suffer with this same thing?

Have enough sleep, eat healthy (no processed food), drink alot of water (no soda/coffee..etc) and exercise would help alot.

I heard taking Vitamin B would help it too...that's why i take vitamin B nowadays.
I'm feeling much much better than i was 7 months ago.

Everyone is different but it's not hurt to try. :)

Goodluck

Yes. I'm not depressed but have dizziness and anxiety issues too. Do deep breathing from your lower abdomen, in through your nose and out through your mouth for 15 minutes, slowly. Twice a day or more. Also try fish oil/cod liver oil. It is said to reverse  depression in studies. It comes in liquid or capsul. You can google it for more information. I read that the EPA is better than the DHA for depression  because your body makes DHA already but not EPA. You can google all that too. I'd see a natural doctor as well. Those meds can make depression worse.
