Yes. I get it at least once most days and usually several times a day. It can last for quite a long time sometimes.
Yes, everyday I experience it. I really think it's part of having anxiety.
i experience it, it's serious BS is what it is.... Do SSRI's actually fix this ??
Yeah, I've definitely felt this before. Mine feels like I am lopsided and will topple over/faint. It's really scary.
SSRI's CAN help it, at the right dose.
I am only 21.. but have been having this for probably a year or so now. I too thought it came along with having anxiety, and anxiety attacks. See mine usually come either right when i get up outta bed, or right b4 or after a attack. I feel dizzy, kind of headachey and faint. I dont know what to do about it either?hmmm if you find something new out, let me know too plz.
thanks spunderellazz
I've been feeling that, and it is a very scary feeling. But I do have anxiety problems, and I guess that's what it its.
We all have these symptoms and all have anxiety, so we all need to realize it's anxiety causing it! :)
I get these episodes too. It comes on so fast, and is gone, usually followed by heart palpitations. In fact I am up late on this website trying to distract myself from a panic attack right now. I had one of those dizzy spells and I start thinking about what could possibly be wrong with me and BOOM there is the full blown take me to the ER panic attack, but I am thankfull to have found you people today because it's a pleasant and informative destraction. I started feeling this about 6 monthes before I developed full blown anxiety disorder. Not to say that any one is on the same path as me,. The HARDEST thing to realize is that it IS anxiety. I have had every medical test known to man, and it all comes back to that. Good luck, everyone.
i agree, the worst and the hardest thing is trying to convince yourself that it is just your anxiety and nothing more sinister - this is my real problem and i guess lots of other peoples as well. It helps knowing that other people feel the same way because you really feel like you are going to loose it at times!
Has anyone heard of partial hopitalization program. It's usually about 2 weeks and yu can learn some great coping skills, so that those episodes don't tailspin into bigger ones. I have learned alot from this program. You go 5 days a week for 2 weeks and at the end you really have a new sense of what it's all about. They also teach techniques to avoid anxiety attacks. I literally couldn't get five steps from my house before completing this program. Or even just looking on the net, some techniques you can use to relax yo9urself in tense situations. Some of them may sound silly but they really do work. Good luck
helo there!
I also experience it everythay. Its already arount 3 month but the first two month the dizziness and lightheaded its arount few times only in a week.
the dr told me that this dizzi and sometimes imbalance is about ENT problem but nothing to do with vertigo.
I go to CT head scan: all okay. and also go for ECO heart scan: okay.
I also experience 'feeling to faint' but not for example if walking alone in open space or in a shopping complex alone... is it a psichological symptom. Is it panic attact???
