Does celexa work for me

I was at one point a very happy person. I was very active and had a very good diet with raw vegetables no meat. Recently, when Im working out my right hand will turn purple and long after the workout is over my heart rate will not subside normally. Is the anxiety? My doctor thinks so and prescribed some Ativan and Celexa. I think I fell the affects of the Celexa  because I feel like Im in a good mood most of the time. Im still having chest pains and my heart rate will increase for no apparent reason. Sometimes both hands will turn purple colors now. So Celexa has helped my mood but not my symptoms. Whats wrong with me?

Yes and they came back normal.

Did you do any lab tests, chest x-ray etc.
