Doubts mental illness

What category of mental illness would you place irrational Doubts with little substances of evidence or matters of chance with paranoia and suspicion  about realities and possibilities? Schizophrenia depression?

I'm sorry if you are having these.  I think we all have irrational thoughts and fears from time to time.  I'd think about how frequent they are and if anxiety is the result.  I agree that a little more information would be helpful.  Schizophrenia is more in the realm of things like hallucinations rather than just strictly irrational thoughts or fears or even basic paranoia.  So, am not thinking that this would be a concern here.

Thank you. I think I have irrational thoughts after I socialize with new people. I seem to make irrelevant connections with what could be a reality behind a particular story with what actually is portrayed as real or the reality I am thinking about is just my doubts. I have hard time trusting people with what they say so that is another aspect linked to above. And the occurrence of such events is rare.

Irrational doubts could be GAD.. generalized anxiety disorder. If you are not seeing or hearing things that I doubt that it is Schizo. You could have derealization or depersoanlization.
