Thanks for getting back to me, just started 3 weeks ago. It seems to be doing ok but still having some panic attacks. I knew it would not work right away but hoping it starts soon. I am on 37.5 mg and not sure if I want to up it yet or not!! Were you tired at first, i do take it at night..

Hi I actually take it.  It took about three weeks for it to kick in for me. I started at 37.5 about five weeks up to 75mg now on 150mg. I was on 75 for about four weeks.  I don't want to go any higher but it does seem to work but still have some panic once in awhile
