I echo anxiety860's advice, but add that you should seek counseling as soon as possible to get help with what you're coping with. You're exhibiting what I understand are classic symptoms of anxiety in an acute way. It's time to grab the bull by the horns so you don't have to keep struggling with this. Best wishes!

Start seeing your friends and family again! This will keep your mind busy, go out, have fun, go to the mall, see a movie, enjoy the holidays!
Think positive. Change your thought habits.
