Face distortion

For the last 2 days, I have been facing this problem that my mouth is getting distorted on thew right side, as if it is getting pulled toward the right side. Happens especially while smiling, eating. When I try to blow air from my mouth, lips close towards the right and air blows out from the left side of the lips.

Further more, my left eye is blinking since the last 2 days and there is also some pain in the eye. (I am not sure if they are linked)

Please advise. Also, which doctor should I consult for this??

Thank you so much. I visted the doctor and was diagnose for Bell's palcy. It has already shown signs of recovery.

One more question, is it alright to exercise in the gym during bell's palcy.

Tics, twitches, tremors, muscle spasms, muscle problems, etc. can be caused by a magnesium and/or potassium deficiency.  These are both essential for healthly muscle and nerve function.  Some of the safest and most effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (can be laxitative -- take with food).
