I would give your doctor a quick call and ask this. I'm happy you have your answer and are on the road to recovery! Take care!
Thank you so much. I visted the doctor and was diagnose for Bell's palcy. It has already shown signs of recovery.
One more question, is it alright to exercise in the gym during bell's palcy.
I would see your doctor ASAP and get this checked out.
Tics, twitches, tremors, muscle spasms, muscle problems, etc. can be caused by a magnesium and/or potassium deficiency. These are both essential for healthly muscle and nerve function. Some of the safest and most effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (can be laxitative -- take with food).
May be some form of Bell's palsy or other facial nerve problem.
Go see your doctor about this to have it check out.
