Face tingling and hard to breathe

I was very stressed earlier today. I was uncontrollably crying. When I stood up I was dizzy so I sat down. I was having trouble breathing, not to bad though. I was breathing very fast and loud and my face was super tingly. Almost numb. It went on for almost 30 minutes. I just want to know what happened. Was it an anxiety attack or something like that? Someone please help.
By the way the face tingling didn't hurt.

Your symptoms could have been caused from lack of oxygen if you were crying hard for a long time. Try not to worry about this being a panic attack. In my opinion, it was'nt.
