Erin made some valid points which I don't disagree with, but..........if you faint EVERY time you stand up, which you claim you do, then you need to be seen by a cardiologist and possibly a neurologist. I can't believe that while your doctor was checking your eyes and you fainted during the exam that he obviously didn't find that terribly out of the ordinary!
I mean no disrespect for your school nurse, but her unqualified diagnosis of "anxiety attack" shows her lack of knowledge of that condition. People with anxiety attacks seldom, IF EVER, faint, but they sure as hell do NOT faint every time they stand up, nor do they vomit whenever they eat.
I really don't mean to get all "freaky" on you, but I do know that if MY 13 year old daughter fainted everytime she stood up, was unable to keep ANY food down and had visual issues while lying down, she would be at any and every specialist there was until we had an answer.
I do hope your parents find you a doctor whose practice is geared towards young people, that they disregard the diagnosis of the schools nurse, (for now) and get you to a specialist.
While erins advice about seeing a therapist might be a useful tool down the road, it seems to me that you really aren't exhibiting any signs or symptoms of an anxiety disorder. In fact, you seem quite composed for a 13 year old who is fainting every time you stand up.
Talk with your parents immediately about getting an accurate diagnosis of what is going on and how to treat it. This must not be ignored!
Please let us know how you're doing, OK?

well the fainting and black spots from standing up could be from low blood pressure. i have naturally low blood pressure and while ive never fainted sometimes if i get up to fast i get black spots and really lightheaded. try standing up very slowly. ive found that this helps with those "head rushes" from standing up too quickly.
because of the blood sugar i think you should ask your parents to take you back to your doctor for a full work up. until then you should make sure that you are eating enough. at 13 your body is going through a lot of changes and needs a lot of viatmins and nutrients. make sure youre eating breakfast before school and if you need to, pack a snack that you can eat before you have lunch.
if youre feeling nervous and anxious and its upsetting your stomach try taking some peppermints to school. peppermint is soothing on the stomach. and also try asking your parents if they would take you to see a counselor that you can talk to about your anxiety.
keep your parents and doctor informed on how youre feeling.
