Frequent urination, anxiety, IBS

For the last week or so I have been peeing all the time. Sometimes it can be every 30 mins then I will go 3 hours or so and think 'I am fine now' only for the problem to come back. I went to Dr on sat and was told I had a small amount of lucozytes in my urine sample so couldn't definately say it was an infection but gave me anti biotics to take over 3 days anyway. They don't seem to have worked cos the problem is still here.
I notice when I am stressed the problem can be worse (and I think it has been a symptoms of stress in the past) and I have other symptoms of anxiety disorder (mainly health anxiety). However I also have symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome-could it be either of these.
I have read that it can be a symptom of ovarian cancer too, peeing all the time and I am now terrified which is not making the anxiety any better which in turn is making the problem worse.
I am 28 and have a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby.

frequent urination in women can be from many things , cystitsis, or a uti,do you have pain, or burning during urination? any foul smell or cloudiness of the urine? have you seen any blood from uretha? Its possible that the anibiotics just didnt work for you, you may need a different kind or duration longer than 3 days. theres alot of wonderful info on ovarian cancer, in the ovarian cancer forum, perhaps if you read through it you may reassure yourself, I just had a BSO 6 weeks ago and had no urinary symptoms, If you truly want to ease you mind there is a simple blood test to check for ovarian cancer, I think its called CA125, Im to tired to look it up. pm me  or ask your dr, he knows what it is.

dont worry about it that will pass, i had the same thing, i had to go almost every few minutes and i thought something was wrong with me, but its all apart of the anxiety cycle, dont let it get to you. you will be just find
