Hard to really get a stranglehold on our problems when we don't understand where they have come from. That is the one thing that bugs us all at first. Trying to make sense of it all. Why has this hit me. What have i done to deserve this. Nothing saying that it had to be a recent event or change that has brought this on. It could be a very old event that just lay dormant in your subconscious mind and was awoken by something as of late. Can you remember all the way back through the years. If you had any problems at all. Doesn't even have to be a major problem. Could be as simple as shy around people to stuttering when you were a kid. Would be great to try and find the root cause of your problem. Then you would know what you were trying to fix. As it is we know you have these new feelings that seemed to come out of nowhere and we don't know what to do with them. Most people would answer the same thing. Doctor. Medication. Theraphy. But you can't afford that. So now you have to dig deeper and try and discover why this is happening? Buy a copy book. I am sure you can afford one of them. And a pen. We are going to keep a journal. It is the only other answer. The cheap answer. Write your emotions in it. When you do feel bad, what you are thinking at the time. How you react. The symptoms. And anything else that might be in your head at the time. Just so you can see the full picture of how one thing is effecting another. The thought is effecting the reaction which is effecting the symptom and so on. Do this for a period of time. Then see can you introduce small changes into the picture. Could you have reacted a different way to the thought? Did you have to have that thought in the first place? Could you have thought something else. ' Oh it is this again, I have got over this before '. To change that simple thought would change the reaction and the symptoms and the whole mood. This is just one suggestion. Call it the cheap method. It costs nothing at all. Except the price of a pen and a copy book. Other than that I can only wish you good luck.
