I had similar issues before where I was getting chest pain from anxiety. I was scared to workout and go to the gym. All my tests were normal so I decided that I would try the gym out. Even though I was still getting weird feeling I just told myself its just my anxiety then I started going regularly again and my chest pain actually started to get a lot better. Just make sure to double check with your doc if it is okay to go to the gym.
