Health anxiety
I have written on here as I Don't know what else to do... I have terrible health anxiety and it's taking over my life. I don't want to go to my GP. Is there any telephone services I could use?

Portsmouth area! It started after the birth of my second child... It's been horrendous. First it was lung cancer, then MS now I'm having a HIV scare after a very low risk encounter (I'm a nurse)

hello sweetie when did your anxiety first appear and how long has this been going on. i too was scared to go to my gp but i did eventually go i had a friend take me as it got to a really bad point. where is it you stay, not your exact address though so that i can check what if any support groups etc are available for you.
Why don't you want to go to a doctor? It could really put your mind at ease. Do you do anything to address your anxiety? Therapy? Medication? Etc.??
