Heart anxiety

Is it normal for people with heart anxiety to feel PVCs at random times. I'm 20 year old male pretty fit and have had multiple Er visits with normal ekgs and normal blood test and normal xrays and I've even been to my regular doctor and he listened to my heart and said that it sounds beautiful but he said that he would do a EKG on me just for some piece of mind for myself. But so is it normal to feel these!?

PVCs are very normal, and in healthy people without existing heart issues are very benign. You could be feeling them often because you are actively "tuned in" to them. But I think anxiety can also bring them on. Of course it works the other way too! Try as best you can not to pay a lot of attention to your heart. Just trust that it knows what it's doing and will take care of you. You'll probably notice fewer PVCs. I hope that helps!
