Hi my name is Chris I'm 20 year old male pretty fit with pretty bad heart anxiety and well I've recently started trying to run again I do workout just stop running because I would get this feeling of like a skipped heart beat feeling now I used to feel them a lot more than I do you because my anxiety isn't as bad as it was I used to feel them out of nowhere all the time. But I've also had multiple normal ekgs and normal xrays and normal blood work my doctor has even listened to my heart and said that it sounds beautiful so is this my anxiety causing these during my workouts?? Because I really want to start running again!
