Then start back in more slowly. That will keep you from getting injured anyway.
It's been a few months and it was pretty intense
Hi. I've had my heart rate go to 180 due to a panic attack while at a gym. However, then a year later I was in the ER getting my heart converted back into normal rhythm. I have SVT, short for supra ventricular tachycardia. SVT typically cannot be diagnosed unless you wear a heart holter and have an episode while wearing it.
But, it could also very well be anxiety as well. Just keep your doctor informed. Good luck!
How long have you been not exercising and how long and hard did you exercise?
