Heart palpitating normal?

So, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, usually more so during stressful situations. My family and I are in the middle of moving from another state where we just moved a year ago but due to my husbands lay off we are moving back from where I am from. I have three daughters and for the past 3-4 weeks my eldest and my husband have been packing up our old house while I moved early with my toddlers... I know the situation itself is a stressful one but without even dwelling on it my anxiety is through the roof and once in a while like tonight I was just sitting down getting some class done and my heart felt like it jumped out of my chest? I sat up quickly and my palms got sweaty, it went away within a minute but I am just so tired of being worried and panicky! Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

Ya know I'm home with a 3 and 4 yr old, I have school on top of fixing up our new house and now getting ready to take a 6 hr drive up to help my husband pack up the moving truck and do another 6hr drive back... Relax is when I'm asleep which isn't much. I actually used to see a counselor for my anxiety and once we are settled I am definitely going to start that up again!

First of all you are in a stressful place in your life with everything going on and coupled with your anxiety it definitely can peak during times of stress.  In my experience with anxiety, I tend to notice much more during times of stress...I believe that is par for the course for a lot of us.  Have you had any time to relax?  Can you talk about your situation with a counselor?  I know when mine tends to peak, talking it over with one can help me tremendously.
