Help a therapist here or psychologist or anyone

Guys can 24/7 Breathing constricted, cant get a full breath with only few good breaths be a problem of anxiety?

I have anxiety but Dont know how I got it in the first place?

Magnesium and Potassium are required for proper muscle function, which would include muscular function of breathing.  Magnesium deficiency can also cause anxiety, depression, panic, muscle/nerve problems, etc.  You could be low in both.

Blame the anxiety then. By doing all the tests on Earth yeah they could eventually find something, it's probably the case for everyone. In fact too much test are being done for nothing due to anxiety.

I would get the help of a psychologist.

I had the following tests and results:

Blood test: Good
Ectocardigram: Good
Lung X-ray: Good
Pulmonary breathing and lung function stuff: Good
So i think its anxiety Idk what else i cna test

While it can be anxiety I would still get tested to rule out any lungs condition.

Yes a common symptom of anxiety is shortness of breath. But also when you are ill anxiety can be an alarm your body is sending so this is why I suggest you get tested but you didn't give us a lot of information regarding your problem so short answer you got.
