Help physical symptoms

Hi guys
I'm currently being investigate for Ms and so far all tests are clear.
I've had so many sympotms come on over four months that it's terrifying me,I do suffer wih extreme anxiety and ocd and have done for years.
I wonder could you tell me if any of you have had these symptoms -
Muscle twitches all over body
Burning foot / feet
Tingling hand foot
Random sharp pains radiating in arms legs buttocks
Crampy feelings in calf hamstrings feet
Stiff tight legs that make it hard to walk
Cold sensations in legs arms
Sorry for so much I doubt that this can be caused by anxiety and I'm almost convinced it's Ms but so far all tests say no

I had my vit d tested today so should have results soon
I'm still convinced it's Ms because of a couple of red herring symptoms but all scans clear so far waiting on an Lp result

I had similar symptoms aswell anxiety plays a massive part in most of the reason why you're getting these symptoms but I got a blood test a couple weeks ago  and it's come back that I have been low on vitamin d have u had a full blood count ?
