Help please!

Longer then it needs to be questions at the end, Just provided extra info.
Ok so basically since my ID is bad I get my Valiums at a mom and pop like local pharm.
I never really trusted there medications as they miss package sometimes.
Anyway I always felt the Valiums I got there were kind off off but assumed it was new pharm anxiety, been there awhile now so thats gone.

I take 20mg a day. I leave them all whole but cut the morning and evening dose I use that day in halfs so it be 5,5,5,5 Anyway in the past at Rite Aid I use to cut them in advance for MONTHS and they were normal (though some did powder,)

My problem is I am nearing the end of my bottle fro the pharm I been going to the past couple months and noticed my Valium is dissolving as soon as it hit my tongue?
It was fine when I first got them they were all good, but now its my month ending time and I never had them dissolve ever especially as soon as it touches my tongue. Regardless of cutting them (which I been doing with this bottle and past ones with no problem.)

Any one know any reason why Valium from the same bottle would suddenly start dissolving instantly?

Its got me all freaked out as I have been having alot of vertigo, head zaps and other weird problems lately then noticed my pills are dissolving on me D:

Does it mean they been fake all along or  bad batch all this time? I been on Valium for YEARS MANY YEARS and this NEVER happened to me. I store it properly as well i am so confused.

Again anyone have any idea why this could be happening?
