Hi..you sound like you have anxiety or a panic disorder.
I also suffer from the same feelings, i had myself to the doctors two times last week because my hand was sore and swollen thinking it was something really bad i even went to get a second opinion only to be told the same as the first doctor.

Its horrible and ive had it for around 5 to 6 yrs now some days are better than others but you do need to talk to someone about it.
Your not going crazy!!
Take Care.

Hi Jamie.

You've given a pretty good description of a panic attack, at least. I suggest you talk to your parents and about seeing your family doctor about. Make it clear how distressing this is.

Have you ever suffered any head injury or other trauma?

Best wishes to you.
