How much success with Claire Weekes

I have been hearing a lot about Claire Weekes and her books. I am wondering how successful thay have been for some of you? I have a self coaching book from Joseph Luciano. It had gotten good reviews but after reading it twice, I didn't find it overly helpful. I have tried hypnotherapy cds for IBS. They did seem to have a good effect. Are there any hypno cds for anxiety or stress?

Saved my life. I was going insane until the day i downloaded her book from itunes.  I bought panic away and seen therapist meds everything it was not until I listen to her that the evil cycle broke.  I still see a therapist but it was that book that started my road to recovery.

I am a big fan of Claire Weekes.  She seems to hit the nail on the head with anxiety in my opinion.  However, have you ever considered going to talk to a therapist about this?  Gaining knowledge from books and cds is great, but I think you can even learn more about confronting and dealing with this through actual interaction....keep us posted!
